I believe in providing a professional, respectful, and supportive experience for every client, while also honoring the time and preparation that goes into each session.

Refunds & Cancellations

Because each session is reserved exclusively for you, refunds are handled fairly and with consideration for both your time and mine.

24+ hours’ notice: Sessions canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be transferred to a new appointment time at no additional charge.

Less than 24 hours’ notice: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the session cost.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows: These are generally non-refundable, as the appointment time has been specifically reserved for you.

Prepaid packages: Package sessions are not refundable once work has begun, but unused sessions may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Emergency situations: Genuine emergencies are always treated with compassion and understanding.

If for any reason I need to cancel your appointment, you will be offered the choice of rescheduling promptly or receiving a full refund. My goal is always fairness, clear communication, and mutual respect so that our work together feels safe, supportive, and professional.
